Where Raquel Works

Serving Hampton Roads and Coastal Virginia

Raquel Ricci's real estate coverage areas span the Hampton Roads region and beyond, with a primary focus on Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and the surrounding Coastal Virginia communities. As someone who has called Virginia Beach home since birth, Raquel brings a depth of local knowledge that goes far beyond what you'll find on a map. She knows the established neighborhoods, the mature tree-lined streets, the historical brick construction that defines the area's most sought-after communities, and the subtle market shifts that only a long-tenured native can read with confidence. Whether you're a senior looking to transition out of a long-term family home, an adult child helping a parent navigate their next chapter, or a homeowner ready to make a move, Raquel serves clients throughout Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and the greater Hampton Roads region with the kind of personalized attention that makes a real difference.

Beyond Virginia Beach, Raquel's real estate coverage areas extend to Norfolk, Chesapeake, and the broader Hampton Roads market, as well as families relocating to and from Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina. Hampton Roads is one of the most unique real estate markets in the country, shaped by its military presence, its well-established residential communities, and its mix of coastal elegance and historic character. Raquel's work with seniors, military families, first-time buyers, and homeowners across these Coastal Virginia service regions reflects a commitment to meeting clients where they are, both geographically and in life. Investors and vacation-rental buyers fall outside her focus; her practice is built around meaningful residential transitions for real people at important crossroads. If you're wondering whether your community falls within her neighborhoods served, reach out directly and she'll be glad to talk through your situation.
